I’ve used Eaze a few times, and to be fair, the inventory is usually accurate. But I did have one item get swapped after checkout, which annoyed me because that’s their job to keep updated before I place the order. They let me know quickly, but still, I shouldn’t have to deal with changes after I already picked what I wanted. Overall it’s not terrible, and it does save me from guessing what’s actually in stock.

"Tracking was surprisingly accurate"
The tracking was spot on. I kept checking the driver location like you do, and it actually updated properly the whole time. The order showed up right around when the app said it would, so yeah, no stress, no guessing, just easy.

I ended up waiting a really long time for my order, and the driver arrived late. The frustrating part was that I didn’t get any updates, even just a quick message would’ve helped. I kept checking the time and wondering what was going on

"Pricing was actually cleaaar"
I appreciated that eaze shows the total early on, including taxes and fees, instead of saving all the surprise charges for the very last click. It made it way easier to compare items and feel like I knew what I was actually paying.
The only thing that tripped me up a little was that some deals got kinda confusing with the delivery minimums, so I had to double-check before checking out. Still, overall the pricing felt mostly upfront, which was niiiice

I used to order from Eaze regularly when I lived at my old place, and it was super easy. I’d place an order, hang out for a bit, and it would show up without much hassle. Then I moved, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal, but turns out I’m just barely outside their delivery area now. So now it’s one of those things where I know the service works well when you can actually use it, but the coverage feels a little hit or miss. I just wish they reached a few more neighborhoods.

"Solid quality every time"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now it’s been really consistent. Like, every time it shows up it’s fresh, clean, and pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. I always kind of worry stuff might be dry or old when ordering again, but so far that hasn’t happened at all. Just good quality all around.

The packaging was discreet enough for me. It came in a plain box with no obvious markings or anything weird on the outside, which I appreciated. Even the label was boring-looking, so nothing stood out. No dents, no torn tape, no issues.

I’ve used Eaze a few times now, it’s been smooth overall. The delivery process is easy, and I do appreciate that the fee is usually shown clearly before checkout, so I’m not sitting there annoyed by some surprise charge at the end.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the delivery fee can feel a bit much when I’m just grabbing one small item. On a lazy day when I really don’t feel like driving, though, it’s still super convenient and worth it.

Paying on Eaze was super easy. My card went through right away, no weird errors or confusing steps to deal with. I got the receipt immediately too, which gave me that little gut feeling that everything was handled properly. It just made the whole order feel way less annoying...

"Driver was fine, but it felt a little off"
My order got here in a reasonable amount of time, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The driver was nice enough, but he seemed rushed and barely said anything. He parked kind of awkwardly too, then called me sounding annoyed that I wasn’t outside right away. It felt like nobody had read the delivery note I left.

Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just not super professional. I’d probably still use Eaze again, but hopefully the next driver is a little more relaxed

"Rewards sound nice, but good luck actually using them"
I’ve ordered through eaze quite a bit because I figured the loyalty rewards would add up to something useful, but it’s been more frustrating than anything. Sometimes the points don’t show up correctly, offers vanish before I can use them, and when I reach out to support, it’s usually just some generic answer about their policy or how the promo terms work. I get that there are rules, but it starts to feel like “policy” is just an excuse for not fixing the issue. They’re happy to keep you ordering, but the perks don’t feel very reliable at all...

I had an item missing from my order and wasn’t sure if it was going to be a hassle or if I’d even explained it right, but support got back to me and refunded it fast. Ended up being way easier than I expected, so no real complaints.

"They somehow always have what I want"
I’ve ordered from eaze.com a few times now, it feels like a tiny miracle every time because they usually have exactly what I’m looking for. The selection is solid, most of my go-to stuff is actually in stock, and I’m not left dramatically staring at the screen trying to choose some random backup I don’t even want.

Sometimes I’ll just pop on to see what’s available and suddenly I’m discovering something new like it was meant to happen. It’s really nice not having to bounce around a million different places like I’m on some exhausting treasure hunt. Super easy overall, and I’ve got no major complaints

I tried using the promo code and it looked like the discount was there, but then at checkout it just kind of disappeared. Not really sure what happened, but yeah, that was annoying.
